Stand up straight and put your hand on your stomach and take a deep breath from the nose, then press your stomach with your hands and quietly remove the breath from the mouth.

Exercise 4,2,4, which is a well-known exercise between athletes and vocal commentators, and it is an exercise designed to regulate breathing, relaxation, de-stressing and clearing the mind, and the vocal commentator needs all of this before starting work, and the steps of this exercise are taking a deep breath from the nose in 4 repetitions, Then hold it inside you for 2 repetitions, then quietly take it out from the mouth in 4 reps.
